Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Communicate with service technicians to relay customer concerns and vehicle information - Provide recommendations for automotive services based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics - Prepare accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services - Assist customers with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation if needed - Maintain strong product knowledge of automotive services and repairs - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively transmit information between customers and service technicians - Knowledge of automotive service writing and sales processes - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures - Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle issues to customers - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in auto service management or as a service advisor is required Note:
