We are located on 26 picturesque acres in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Farmington Valley, the Village is just twenty minutes southwest of Hartford.
We are seeking a full time Business Manager for our Sunshine Wheels division.
General Statement of Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage the operations of New Horizons' Sunshine Wheels venture which provides wheelchair accessible transportation services.

Drive growth and accomplish key financial objectives for Sunshine Wheels.
Supervise and direct Transportation Coordinator.
Conduct long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals.
Use data to measure and monitor progress, identify issues, and enhance performance.
Design weekly reports for tracking key transportation metrics.
Identify areas for improvements and efficiencies.
Analyze mileage reports and driving hours.
Make recommendations for expansion opportunities.
Conduct weekly payroll reports for Sunshine Wheels.
Submit information to the finance department for processing.
Create invoices for key clients and respond to all inquiries related to billing.
Consult with current and potential customers/business partners to understand their needs.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop key metrics and growth strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Proficiency in excel and ability to learn other software.
Superior data analysis skills.
Proven networking expertise.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with managing teams of people.
Ability to set targets and achieve them effectively.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or management.
A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
